Our headquarters is located at 228 Ridley Ave in Folsom, PA. We offer classes at each of our training centers and travel to client sites across the region and nationwide. Whether you need to certify a single employee or an entire staff, we deliver practical training built around real situations.
This course is for everyone. No medical background is needed.
Participants learn how to recognize an emergency, perform CPR, use an AED, and provide first aid until professional help arrives. Groups can be certified on location, on a schedule that fits their team, school, or organization.

American Heart Association
The most commonly required BLS card in hospitals and clinical settings across the region.

Widely accepted by employers. A nationally recognized alternative to the AHA card.
WHAT YOU'LL PRACTICE
Skills You Will Learn
Participants practice each core skill under instructor supervision, using manikins and training AEDs. The course covers:
Adult, child, and infant CPR
How to use an automated external defibrillator (AED)
Relief of choking in adults, children, and infants
Controlling bleeding and treating wounds
Responding to burns, sprains, and broken bones
Recognizing the signs of a heart attack, stroke, or allergic reaction
Staying calm and taking action until help arrives
Our instructors bring field experience to the classroom, including backgrounds in EMS and emergency response. Participants receive direct feedback on their technique from professionals who have used these skills in real situations.

This course goes beyond CPR alone. Our courses are eligible for PA Keys credit making them ideal for early childhood educators, healthcare providers, and specialty industries that need training built around their exact needs.

Classes are held at each of our training centers. Our headquarters is in Folsom, PA, with additional locations in Allentown, Doylestown, King of Prussia, and Langhorne in Pennsylvania, and in Marlton, New Jersey. Participants may register at whichever location is most convenient.
For groups, we bring the training directly to you. We provide on-site instruction throughout the region and nationwide, which allows businesses, schools, and organizations to certify an entire team together in a single session. On-site training reduces travel time and coordinates certification across a group on one schedule.

Frequently Asked Questions
How long is the CPR, AED, and First Aid class?
Most combined CPR, AED, and first aid classes run approximately four to six hours, depending on the certifying body and group size. A CPR and AED class without first aid takes less time. We can confirm an exact duration based on the course you select.
Do I get certified the same day?
Yes. Upon successful completion of the course, participants receive their certification ecard within 48-hours. Cards are typically valid for two years, and we provide renewal reminders as the expiration date approaches.
Do I need any experience to take this class?
No. This course is designed for the general public and requires no medical background. The instructor guides each step, and participants practice until they are confident in the technique.
Can you train my whole staff or group at our location?
Yes. Given a group size and location, we schedule on-site instruction that fits your calendar. On-site group training is generally the most efficient way to certify an entire team at once.
