AED Sales, Maintenance & Monitoring in Folsom, PA and Across the Region
An AED only saves a life if it works when someone reaches for it. Tri-State Training and Safety Consulting helps workplaces, schools, and facilities choose the right AED, keep it maintained, and track every battery and pad before it expires. We support AED programs across the region and nationwide.
EQUIPMENT YOU CAN COUNT ON
Complete AED Support From One Team
Our headquarters is located at 228 Ridley Ave in Folsom, PA, and we support AED programs at client sites across the region and nationwide. Since 2013 we have worked with businesses, schools, and facilities of every size, first as their training provider and increasingly as the team that manages their equipment as well.
Buying an AED is the easy part. Keeping it ready is where most programs fall short. Batteries lose charge, pads expire, and units get moved or forgotten. We handle the selection, the upkeep, and the tracking so your device is functional and fully supported on the day it matters.

We take the administrative work off your plate and keep your equipment ready. Our service covers:
Guidance on selecting the right AED for your facility

Scheduled on-site inspections of each unit
Battery and electrode pad expiration tracking
Replacement batteries, pads, and accessories
Checks on cabinets, signage, and accessibility

WHY TRI-STATE
Equipment Support From People Who Teach the Skills
We are not a catalog company. We are the same team that trains your staff to use the device, which is a different level of accountability.
Training and Equipment Together
One provider handles your AED and the people who use it, so your program stays consistent and nothing falls between vendors.
Real Response Experience
Our team includes active first responders who have used this equipment in the field, not just sold it from a warehouse.
Proactive Expiration Tracking
We track batteries, pads, and service dates for every unit you own, so an expired component never goes unnoticed.
Single-Site and Multi-Site Support
From a single unit in one office to dozens across multiple sites, we scale the service to your organization.
Frequently Asked Questions
How often does an AED need to be checked?
Most manufacturers call for regular visual checks along with periodic replacement of batteries and pads. We set up an inspection schedule that matches your equipment and your facility, so you are not tracking it on your own.
What is included in AED monitoring?
Our team performs scheduled on-site inspections of each unit and tracks battery and pad expiration dates. We flag anything approaching expiration, supply replacements, and keep service records you can show an inspector.
How do I know which AED is right for my facility?
It depends on your environment, who will use the device, and where it will be mounted. We walk through those factors with you and recommend a unit that fits your staff and your space rather than pushing a single model.
Do you service AEDs we did not buy from you?
Yes. We regularly take over maintenance and monitoring for equipment purchased elsewhere. Send us the make, model, and location of your units and we will build a service plan around what you already own.
What should we do after our AED is used in an emergency?
Take the unit out of service, then contact us right away. Pads are single-use and the battery may need replacement. We will get the device inspected, restocked, and back in its cabinet, and we can retrain your staff if the event raised questions.
