Shipping & Returns Policy

This policy explains how orders placed through our online store are shipped and how to return eligible items. If you have a question about an order, call us at 866-503-3430.
1. Shipping
We ship anywhere in the country via UPS. Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your order and delivery address, so you will see the exact cost before you pay. Applicable sales tax is also calculated at checkout based on your delivery address.
2. Returns
You may receive a refund for most eligible items returned within 30 days of delivery. To be eligible for a return, items must be in their original, undamaged, and resalable packaging. Before returning any item, you must call Tri-State Training and Safety Consulting LLC at 866-503-3430 to obtain return instructions and authorization.
Items returned more than 30 days after delivery, or items not in their original, undamaged, and resalable packaging, will not be accepted.
3. Eligible Returns and Exclusions
Most items may be returned under this policy, except:
- Opened electrode pads, or electrode pads with damaged packaging
- Opened rescue kits and rescue packs
- Used or installed batteries, or batteries with opened packaging (the tamper seal must remain intact)
- Used manikins
- Books, software, videos, CDs, and DVDs
4. AEDs and Training Units
If you return an AED or training unit, the cost of any opened electrode pads, opened or used batteries, or other items that are opened, damaged, used, or otherwise not in resalable condition will be deducted from the refund.
5. Restocking Fee
A $20.00 restocking fee applies to any approved return and will be deducted from the refund.
6. Return Shipping and Insurance
The customer is responsible for all shipping and insurance costs for returned items.
7. Refunds
Refunds are processed within 10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned items. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method, less the $20.00 restocking fee, product deductions, and any other applicable charges described in this policy.
