Fire Safety & Extinguisher Training in Folsom, PA and Across the Region

A fire can spread in seconds, and the first person to respond is rarely a firefighter. It is an employee, a teacher, or a bystander. Tri-State Training and Safety Consulting teaches workplaces, schools, and organizations how to prevent fires and act fast when one starts. We deliver practical fire safety and extinguisher training at our centers and on-site across the region and nationwide.

FIRE SAFETY & EXTINGUISHER TRAINING

Fire Safety Training Led by Active First Responders

Our headquarters is located at 228 Ridley Ave in Folsom, PA. We offer training at each of our training centers and travel to client sites across the region and nationwide. Our instructors are active firefighters and first responders who have fought real fires, so your team learns from people who have done this work in the field.

This training gives your staff the knowledge and the hands-on practice to respond safely. Participants learn how fires start, how to prevent them, when it is safe to fight a small fire, and when to evacuate. Groups can be trained on location, on a schedule that fits your operation.

Frequently Asked Questions

  • How long is the fire safety and extinguisher training?

Most sessions run approximately one to two hours, depending on group size and whether live extinguisher practice is included. We can confirm an exact length based on the training you choose and the size of your team.

  • Do participants get hands-on practice with a fire extinguisher?

Yes, whenever the training site allows it. Hands-on discharge practice is the part people remember most, and we build it into on-site sessions so your team knows what to expect before a real emergency.

  • Can you train my whole staff at our facility?

Yes. On-site training is the most common way we deliver this course. Give us a group size and location, and we schedule instruction that fits your operation, including multiple sessions for shift coverage if needed.

  • Does this training help meet OSHA requirements?

Our fire safety and extinguisher training is commonly used to help satisfy workplace fire-safety and OSHA-related expectations. If your organization has specific requirements, tell us at booking and we will tailor the session accordingly.

  • What kind of fires does the training cover?

We cover the full range of fire classes, from ordinary combustibles to electrical, flammable liquids, cooking fires, and combustible metals. Participants learn how to identify each type and select the right extinguisher for it.
