Last updated: May 22, 2026
Welcome to Tri-State Training. These Terms of Use (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website and the services described on it (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our website, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the website.
1. About Us
Tri-State Training provides CPR, BLS, first aid, and related life-safety certification courses, taught by active first responders, EMS professionals, and healthcare providers. We certify students through Tri-State Training, the American Heart Association (AHA), the American Red Cross (ARC), and other nationally recognized programs, depending on the course and the certification a student needs.

2. Use of the Website
You may use our website for lawful purposes only and in accordance with these Terms. You agree not to:

- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the website, its servers, or connected systems;
- Interfere with or disrupt the operation of the website; or
- Use the website to transmit any harmful code, spam, or malicious content.
3. Class Registration and Scheduling
Course registration and scheduling are handled through third-party platforms. AHA and Tri-State Training classes are scheduled through the Lifesavers (Lifesaver Education) platform, and American Red Cross classes are scheduled through Enrollware. When you register for a class, you may be directed to one of these platforms, and your use of that platform is also subject to that provider’s own terms and privacy practices.
You are responsible for providing accurate registration information and for arriving prepared for your selected course. Certification is issued upon successful completion of course requirements as set by the applicable certifying program.
4. Certification Disclaimer
Certification cards and credentials are issued in accordance with the standards of the applicable certifying body (Tri-State Training, AHA, ARC, or another program). It is your responsibility to confirm that the certification format you select meets the requirements of your employer, licensing board, or other organization before registering. Tri-State Training is not responsible for a certification being declined by a third party that requires a specific issuing body.
5. Payments, Cancellations, and Refunds
Payments for classes are processed through our scheduling platforms (Lifesavers and Enrollware) or as otherwise communicated to you. Cancellation, rescheduling, and refund terms are described at the time of registration and on the applicable scheduling platform. Please review those terms before completing your registration.
6. Intellectual Property
All content on this website — including text, graphics, logos, and course descriptions — is the property of Tri-State Training or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. Course materials provided by the AHA, ARC, or other certifying bodies remain the property of those organizations. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works from any content without prior written permission.
